Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared during regular business days. Typical processing is 2–5 business days, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Weekends, holidays, ministry travel, product launches, preorders, inventory issues, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and high order volume may increase processing time.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Available shipping methods and charges are generally calculated at checkout using the destination, package weight or dimensions, product type, carrier rates, and configured store rules. Promotional or flat-rate shipping may be offered from time to time. CrossTalk may correct a clearly erroneous shipping quote before fulfillment and will contact the customer if additional payment or a change is required.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic delivery estimates begin after the order is processed and accepted by the carrier. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, post-office boxes, or remote areas may require additional time or a different service.
International Shipping
International availability varies by product and destination. The recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, local restrictions, and other destination-country costs unless checkout expressly states otherwise. These charges are not controlled by CrossTalk and are generally not refundable.
International delivery may be delayed by customs, security screening, local carriers, address standards, government action, or other circumstances outside our control. We may cancel and refund an order when a product cannot lawfully or practically be shipped to the selected destination.
Addresses and Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Review apartment, suite, unit, postal code, and country information before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for return charges and the cost of reshipment. Any refund may be reduced by shipping and carrier costs where permitted by law.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking may be provided when available. A carrier scan marked “delivered” is evidence of delivery but can occasionally appear before final placement. Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and carrier notices before reporting a missing package.
Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law and the selected carrier terms. CrossTalk is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery, but we will reasonably assist with available carrier information.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Carrier delays are outside CrossTalk’s direct control. If tracking does not update for an unusual period, contact us so we can review the shipment. Carrier claims may require waiting periods, photographs, packaging, identity verification, or affidavits.
Report visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect item within 7 days after delivery and keep all packaging. Remedies may include a carrier claim, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on inventory, evidence, and the circumstances.
Preorders, Backorders, and Split Shipments
Preorder and backorder dates are estimates and may change. Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately. A shipment notice for one package does not necessarily mean every item has shipped. Additional shipping charges will not be added for a split shipment unless disclosed and accepted.
Returns
Returns and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Contact CrossTalk before mailing a return so the correct address and instructions can be provided.
