Our Commitment
CrossTalk International wants people of varying abilities and technologies to be able to access our ministry content, information, products, and services. We are working to improve usability and accessibility as the website and its custom features continue to develop.
Accessibility Goal
We aim to follow generally recognized accessibility practices and, where practical, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and this statement is not a claim that every page, file, video, embedded service, or feature currently meets every guideline.
Measures We Take
Our ongoing efforts may include:
- using semantic page structure and meaningful headings;
- supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful images when available;
- improving color contrast, readable text, responsive layouts, and zoom behavior;
- labeling forms and controls;
- reviewing new site features for common accessibility barriers; and
- working to improve captions, transcripts, or alternatives for media when resources and rights permit.
Third-Party and Archived Content
Some videos, maps, donation tools, social media embeds, documents, store services, historical media, and other features are supplied by third parties or were created before current accessibility practices. CrossTalk may not control every part of those services. We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or an alternative when a barrier is reported and an alternative is practical.
Need Help Accessing Something?
If you have difficulty using a page, form, video, document, product, or other feature, contact us and describe the problem, the page address, the device or assistive technology used, and the format or assistance you need. Please do not include sensitive medical information.
We will make a reasonable effort to respond and provide the information or service through an accessible alternative when practical. Response times may vary depending on the request and the complexity of the content.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback helps us prioritize improvements. Use our website contact form, call 1-800-688-3422, or write to PO Box 2528 Cedar Hill, TX 75106.
