By submitting a registration, deposit, payment, interest form, or other tour-related information, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable tour page, itinerary, brochure, payment instructions, and any other written tour-specific materials.

1. Tour Overview

CrossTalk International offers Israel tours designed to provide a meaningful spiritual, biblical, historical, and educational travel experience through the Holy Land. Each tour is based on the published itinerary, dates, inclusions, and pricing for that specific trip.

The tour itinerary, hotels, transportation, meals, flights, sites, schedules, and other services are subject to change when necessary due to travel conditions, availability, security considerations, weather, airline changes, supplier requirements, government action, or other circumstances beyond the control of CrossTalk International. Whenever possible, comparable arrangements will be made if changes become necessary.

2. What May Be Included

Unless otherwise stated on the specific tour page or brochure, the tour price may include some or all of the following: hotel accommodations based on double occupancy, ground transportation by deluxe motor coach, transfers according to the published itinerary, sightseeing according to the itinerary, licensed or certified Israel tour guide services, entrance fees to scheduled tour sites, breakfast and dinner daily unless otherwise noted, hotel porterage where available, standard group gratuities when specifically included, and round-trip airfare only if clearly stated as included in the specific tour package.

The exact inclusions for each tour will be listed on that tour’s page, brochure, or registration materials.

3. What Is Not Included

Unless specifically stated as included, the tour price does not include travel insurance, lunches unless specifically listed, personal expenses, laundry service, hotel minibar charges, snacks, beverages, alcohol, specialty drinks, WiFi charges where applicable, phone or roaming charges, gifts, souvenirs, passport fees, visa fees or required travel authorization fees, vaccinations, medications, medical appointments, airport transfers for flights not connected to the group itinerary, airport porterage, excess baggage fees, optional activities, free-time excursions, love offerings, special offerings, airline, fuel, tax, currency, or supplier surcharges added after registration, or any item not specifically listed as included.

4. Registration and Deposit

A registration deposit is required to reserve a traveler’s place on the tour. The required deposit amount will be listed on the specific tour page or registration materials. Submitting a form without payment does not guarantee a confirmed space on the tour unless CrossTalk International or its designated tour administration team confirms the traveler’s place in writing.

Tour space may be limited and is generally confirmed in the order registrations and required deposits are received.

5. Final Payment

Final payment is due by the deadline listed for the specific tour. Unless a different deadline is published, final payment is generally due no later than 120 days before departure. Travelers who register after the final payment deadline may be required to pay the full tour amount at the time of registration.

If final payment is not received by the required deadline, CrossTalk International or its designated tour administration team may cancel the traveler’s reservation and apply any applicable cancellation fees, administrative fees, supplier costs, or non-refundable charges.

6. Late Payments, Returned Payments, and Processing Fees

Late payments may result in additional fees, supplier charges, or cancellation of the traveler’s reservation. Returned checks, failed payments, chargebacks, or rejected payments may result in additional fees and may place the traveler’s reservation at risk.

If credit card processing fees, platform fees, or other transaction fees apply, those fees may be passed on to the traveler where permitted and disclosed.

7. Price Changes and Surcharges

Tour prices are based on the costs, exchange rates, taxes, airline charges, fuel surcharges, supplier rates, and minimum group size assumptions in effect when the tour is planned or published. The final tour price may change due to circumstances including airline tax or fuel surcharge increases, supplier price increases, currency exchange fluctuations, government fees or tax changes, group size falling below the minimum required number, operational changes required by travel providers, or schedule and itinerary adjustments beyond CrossTalk International’s control.

If additional costs become necessary, travelers may be responsible for the increased amount.

8. Rooming and Accommodations

Unless otherwise stated, tour pricing is based on double occupancy. Travelers may request a preferred roommate. CrossTalk International and/or the tour administration team will make reasonable efforts to honor roommate requests but cannot guarantee specific roommate assignments.

If a traveler does not request a roommate, a roommate may be assigned when available. If no roommate is available, or if the traveler requests a private room, a single room supplement may apply. Single rooms are subject to availability and may be limited. Triple rooms may not be available at all hotels or may not result in a price reduction.

9. Passport and Travel Documents

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and any required travel documents. Unless otherwise stated, travelers should have a passport that is valid for at least seven months after the return date and has at least two blank pages.

The traveler’s name on the registration form must match the traveler’s passport. Any errors, misspellings, name changes, or discrepancies may result in additional costs, airline fees, delays, or inability to travel. Travelers may be required to submit a copy of their passport identification page by the published deadline. Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for determining and obtaining any visas, authorizations, or entry documents required for travel.

10. Flights and Airline Terms

If airfare is included in the tour package, airline tickets may be issued as group tickets and may be subject to airline restrictions. Airlines control flight schedules, routing, seat assignments, ticketing rules, baggage limits, delays, cancellations, and changes.

CrossTalk International cannot guarantee the most direct flight routing, specific seat assignments, upgrade availability, use of frequent flyer miles or points, or refundability or changeability of airline tickets. Once airline tickets are issued, they may be non-refundable and non-changeable.

Travelers are responsible for arriving at the departure airport in sufficient time for check-in. For international travel, travelers should generally arrive at least three hours before departure unless instructed otherwise. Travelers are also responsible for checking airline updates and reconfirming flight details before travel.

11. Baggage

Baggage allowances are determined by the airline or travel provider. Travelers are responsible for knowing and following baggage rules, including size, weight, and quantity limits. Any excess baggage charges, overweight baggage fees, or additional luggage costs are the responsibility of the traveler.

CrossTalk International is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged baggage. Any baggage claims should be directed to the airline, carrier, hotel, or responsible provider.

12. Itinerary Changes

International travel involves many variables. CrossTalk International reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, hotels, restaurants, transportation, schedule, sites, flights, or services when necessary or appropriate.

Possible reasons for changes include weather, security concerns, site closures, airline schedule changes, government restrictions, road closures, hotel availability, supplier issues, group safety, medical or emergency circumstances, and force majeure events. When possible, comparable substitutions will be made. If itinerary changes result in additional costs, those costs may be passed on to travelers.

13. Cancellations by the Traveler

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. A cancellation is not effective until CrossTalk International or its designated tour administration team confirms receipt in writing.

Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of cancellation, supplier rules, airline penalties, administrative costs, and non-refundable expenses already incurred. Unless different cancellation terms are published for a specific tour, the following general cancellation structure may apply: more than 120 days before departure, refund of amounts paid less administrative fees and any non-refundable costs; 119–95 days before departure, cancellation fee may apply; 94–65 days before departure, increased cancellation fee may apply; 64–40 days before departure, substantial cancellation fee may apply; 39 days or fewer before departure, including no-show, up to 100% of the tour cost may be non-refundable.

If a traveler’s cancellation causes another traveler to incur a single room supplement, the canceling traveler may be responsible for that additional cost. Travelers may also be responsible for any airline penalties, supplier charges, payment processing fees, or other costs incurred on their behalf.

14. Cancellations by CrossTalk International or Due to External Circumstances

CrossTalk International may cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify a tour due to low enrollment, supplier issues, airline disruptions, government restrictions, security concerns, force majeure, or other circumstances that make operating the tour impractical, unsafe, or impossible.

If a tour is canceled, CrossTalk International may, at its discretion and depending on supplier terms, reschedule the tour, offer a future tour credit, provide a refund of recoverable funds, or deduct non-refundable supplier costs, airline penalties, administrative costs, or expenses already incurred.

CrossTalk International is not responsible for losses related to personal travel arrangements made outside the group tour package, including independent airfare, hotels, transportation, or other personal expenses.

15. Force Majeure

CrossTalk International is not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, losses, injuries, expenses, or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including Acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, government action, border closures, travel restrictions, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, labor strikes, airline disruptions, supplier bankruptcy, fuel shortages, weather events, security events, accidents, infrastructure failure, or any other event beyond reasonable control.

16. Travel Risks and Fitness to Participate

Travel involves inherent risks. By registering, each traveler acknowledges that international travel may include physical, medical, logistical, political, security, and environmental risks. Travelers represent that they are physically and medically fit to participate in the tour.

Israel tours often include walking, standing, stairs, uneven surfaces, heat, long travel days, early departures, and active touring conditions. Travelers with medical, dietary, mobility, or accessibility concerns should disclose those concerns before travel. CrossTalk International may not be able to accommodate every physical, dietary, medical, or accessibility need.

17. Medical Preparation

Travelers are responsible for their own medical preparation, including consulting a physician if needed, bringing required medications, understanding health requirements, meeting vaccination or entry requirements if any, bringing mobility aids if needed, carrying medical insurance or travel medical coverage, and disclosing relevant travel limitations before departure. CrossTalk International does not provide medical advice.

18. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travel insurance may help protect travelers from certain losses related to cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, delays, or other covered events. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price unless specifically stated. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and purchasing the coverage they believe is appropriate.

19. Minors

Minors must travel with a parent, legal guardian, or other approved responsible adult. The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising the minor at all times and for obtaining any required documents needed for the minor to enter or leave any country. CrossTalk International may require additional documentation for minors.

20. Conduct and Group Participation

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow the instructions of tour leaders, guides, drivers, hotel staff, security personnel, and local authorities. CrossTalk International reserves the right to remove a traveler from the group, at the traveler’s expense and without refund, if the traveler’s conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harmful to the group, the ministry, local partners, or tour operations.

21. Third-Party Providers

CrossTalk International may coordinate with airlines, hotels, bus companies, guides, restaurants, ticketing providers, ground operators, payment processors, and other third-party vendors. These third parties are independent providers. CrossTalk International does not own or control every entity involved in providing travel services. CrossTalk International is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, defaults, schedule changes, losses, injuries, or failures of third-party providers.

22. Disclaimer of Responsibility

CrossTalk International is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, defect, omission, schedule change, cancellation, irregularity, expense, or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside its direct control or by any third-party provider involved in the tour. This includes losses or expenses connected to transportation, hotels, airlines, baggage, site access, meals, medical issues, government actions, security concerns, supplier changes, weather, delays, cancellations, or force majeure events.

23. Release and Hold Harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each traveler releases, waives, and holds harmless CrossTalk International, its officers, directors, employees, leaders, volunteers, agents, representatives, affiliates, partners, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the tour.

This includes claims arising from travel risks, third-party providers, itinerary changes, delays, cancellations, personal injury, illness, property loss, or other travel-related events, except where such release is prohibited by law.

24. Indemnification

Each traveler agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrossTalk International, its officers, directors, employees, leaders, volunteers, agents, representatives, affiliates, partners, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of the traveler’s breach of these terms, conduct, false or incomplete information, failure to obtain proper travel documents, failure to follow tour rules or instructions, or claims brought by or through the traveler related to tour participation.

25. Photo, Video, and Media Release

By participating in the tour, the traveler grants CrossTalk International permission to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture the traveler’s image, likeness, voice, and participation during the tour. CrossTalk International may use such photos, videos, audio, or other media for ministry, promotional, editorial, educational, social media, advertising, website, print, broadcast, or related purposes without additional compensation.

Travelers who have specific concerns about media usage should notify CrossTalk International in writing before departure.

26. Accuracy of Information

Travelers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including legal name, passport information, contact information, emergency contact, roommate preferences, dietary notes, medical concerns, and travel details. Errors, omissions, or late changes may result in additional fees, denied boarding, ticketing problems, or inability to travel.

27. Assignment

A traveler may not assign or transfer their registration, reservation, or rights under these terms without written approval from CrossTalk International. CrossTalk International may assign, transfer, subcontract, or delegate portions of the tour arrangements to third-party providers or ministry partners as needed.

28. Modification of Terms

No modification of these terms is valid unless made in writing by CrossTalk International. Travelers understand that certain operational changes, price changes, airline changes, itinerary adjustments, hotel changes, or supplier changes may occur without individual written consent when necessary for tour operation.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the specific tour page, registration form, payment terms, itinerary, brochure, and any written tour-specific documents, make up the agreement between the traveler and CrossTalk International regarding the tour. They replace any prior oral or written statements unless specifically included in the final written tour materials.

30. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

31. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state selected by CrossTalk International in its final tour agreement. Any legal action related to the tour shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction selected by CrossTalk International in its final tour agreement, unless otherwise required by law.

32. Traveler Acknowledgment

By submitting registration information, making a deposit, paying for the tour, or participating in the tour, the traveler acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understand these Terms & Conditions; understand that travel involves risk; are fit to participate in the tour; are responsible for proper travel documents; understand payment deadlines and cancellation risks; understand the tour may change due to circumstances beyond CrossTalk International’s control; release and hold harmless CrossTalk International as described above; and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions Open common questions about registration, travel, payments, safety, and preparation.
General
Can I ask questions before I register?

Absolutely. You can use the form on the tour page to request more information, and our team will be glad to help with timing, cost, physical expectations, church group questions, and next steps.

Church Groups
Can I register through my church?

Yes. Partner churches can share a church-specific tour link that allows your interest or registration path to be tracked while still directing you to that church’s designated payment or registration page.

Spiritual Preparation
Can I study the Scriptures before the trip?

Yes. Each itinerary location includes Scripture connections and links designed to send travelers to Today With God for Bible reading.

Partner Churches
Can our church send people through CrossTalk’s website?

Yes. Each partner church can have its own unique tour link and its own payment or registration URL. CrossTalk can track leads, interest, and payment-link clicks by church.

Travel Preparation
Do I need a passport?

Yes. Travelers are responsible for having a valid passport. Your passport should typically remain valid for at least seven months after your return date and should have enough blank pages for travel use.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

Yes, we strongly recommend travel insurance. It can help protect you in the event of cancellations, interruptions, medical issues, or other unexpected travel problems.

Payment
Does clicking the payment link mean someone has paid?

No. The plugin tracks when a payment or registration link is clicked. A registration should be marked confirmed only after CrossTalk or the church verifies the payment or registration externally.

Accommodations
How are roommates and single rooms handled?

Tour pricing is generally based on double occupancy. You may request a preferred roommate, and if you request a single room, a single room supplement may apply. Availability for single rooms may be limited.

Registration
How do I register for the Israel tour?

Submit the interest form on the tour page. If you came through a partner church, your information will be tagged to that church group and you will be directed to the church’s registration or payment link when available.

Booking & Pricing
How far in advance should I register?

We recommend registering as early as possible. Israel tours often fill well in advance, and early registration also helps with planning payments, rooming, airfare coordination, and travel preparation.

What is included in the tour price?

Each tour page lists the specific inclusions for that departure. In general, tour packages often include hotels, ground transportation, sightseeing, entrance fees, and many meals. Please review the “What’s Included” section on the tour page for the exact package details.

What is not included in the tour price?

Travel insurance, many lunches, personal expenses, passport fees, optional purchases, and any items not specifically listed as included are typically not part of the tour price. Airline or supplier surcharges that arise after booking may also be additional.

Physical Requirements
How much walking is involved?

Israel tours typically involve significant walking, steps, uneven stone surfaces, and long days. Travelers should review their health and mobility needs before registering.

Safety
Is it safe to travel to Israel?

The safety of our guests is always a top priority. We carefully monitor conditions, work with experienced partners on the ground, and will communicate promptly if any itinerary or scheduling changes are needed. As with any international trip, travelers should stay aware, follow group guidance, and consider travel insurance.

What happens if travel conditions change?

CrossTalk and its travel partners should review current travel conditions, local guidance, and itinerary feasibility before departure. Any changes should be communicated to registered travelers and partner churches.

Cancellations
What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation charges depend on when you cancel and on the non-refundable costs already committed to airlines, hotels, and tour services. Written cancellation is required, and cancellations made closer to departure may result in substantial charges. Please review the tour terms section and consider travel insurance.

Travel
Will we be baptized in the Jordan River?

The 2026 itinerary includes baptism at Yardenit on the Jordan River on Day 4.
